Take 58 East to Kentuck Road (SR 729), turn left (north). Pass Kentuck community, Kentuck Elementary and the Corner Cafe. DO NOT FOLLOW SR 726, but keep straight on Brooklyn Road / River Road through Laurel Grove. Cross the Pittsylvania Co/Halifax Co line, 5 miles from the line you will come to a fork in the road, take the short left fork (that will dead end at Elmo Grocery) turn Left. Birch Creek Plantation will be on the right almost 3 miles down.

Take HWY 29 North towards Lynchburg, turn right on Malmaison Road go 1.6 miles to Keeling, go left. Go 3.6 miles then turn left onto Old Richmond Road / VA SR 360. Go 6.3 miles, cross the county line into Halifax Co, turn right onto Birch-Elmo Road. Birch Creek Plantation will be on the left about 4.5 down.

Take 58 west to Ringgold Road (SR 726), turn right (north). Pass Kentuck community, Kentuck Elementary and the Corner Cafe.
